Principle: Using the centrifugal force of the stroke when the turntable rotates at high speed, the remaining water droplets on the chip will be separated from the surface of the chip to achieve the purpose of drying; and only the FFU and the electrostatic ion bar will enter the drying machine through the negative pressure in the barrel. The wind is efficiently filtered and converted into ion wind to eliminate the static ions generated when the turntable rotates at high speed.
Method: By controlling the servo motor to drive the turntable to rotate at high speed, cooperate with the electrostatic ion bar and HepaFilter above the machine, and the factory exhaust to make the high-flow ion wind enter the chamber, so that the chip can be dehydrated quickly; before the turntable is running, carry out dynamic balance adjustment, so that The turntable is stable in operation, well balanced, low in noise, and even in dehydration; the servo motor starts softly, the speed is stable in stages, the service life is long, and the vibration of the machine is small.
Low energy consumption: customized turntable and 2-basket/4-basket turntable design, high production capacity. Spin-drying is fast, without the use of pure water and hot nitrogen, which makes the production cost lower. Low factory energy consumption (only power and CDA loss).
